“Misty of Chincoteague” Literature Unit includes 19 pages of follow up work, a book(s), a work journal, color pencils, and pencil sharpener.  Each chapter reading includes vocabulary words for each chapter with a different activity. The activities include vocabulary words, personification work, map making, literature map, writing prompts, diamante poetry writing, "parts of a horse", word search, character sketch, and a character silhouette.

You can order this unit with one, two, or three books, depending on if you want to do a read aloud or have your children/students follow along.  Each book will include an extra journal.  Choose from the drop-down menu.
